# 1 Matcha Smoothie with berries

  • 150 gm blueberries, strawberries, currants or raspberries
  • 150 gm Yogurt
  • 150 gm Ice cubes
  • 2 tsp Matcha powder

# 2 Matcha smoothie with pineapple and coconut

  • 2 Ripe bananas peeled and frozen
  • 40 gm Pineapple chunks
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 40 gm Spinach or kale leaves fresh or frozen
  • 2 tsp Matcha powder

# 3 Matcha smoothie with Banana and Cocoa

  • 1 Banana peeled and frozen
  • 2 tsp Cocoa powder
  • 150 gm Oatmeal
  • 200 ml Almond milk
  • 2 tsp Matcha Powder

#4 Matcha Smoothie with Banana and Spinach

  • 1 Bananas peeled and frozen
  • 75 gm Baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 200 ml Almond milk


  1. Method of preparation is the same for all 4 recipes

  2. Wash the fruit well and cut them into pieces, then add them in the blender along with the other ingredients. Run the blender on high for about 40 to 60 seconds.

  3. Depending on how thick you want your smoothie to be, increase or decrease the amount of liquid or water.
