  • 2 Large leaves of Kale
  • 2 Bananas Baked
  • 1/2 cup Seedless Dates
  • 125 ml Almond Milk
  • 75 gm Unsalted Pistachios + Cashew nuts
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped Fresh Ginger Optional
  • 2-3 Ice Cubes


  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender in the order indicated and blend them for 1-2 minutes until you get a creamy and fine texture.  You can adjust the sweetness by adding more dates if necessary.
