Kale Banana Apple Smoothie
- 60 gms Kale leaves Stems removed
- 2 Bananas frozen and cut into chunks
- 1 Large Apple seeded and cut into pieces
- 400 ml Apple juice
- 2 tbsp Flax seeds Or Almonds / Sunflower seeds
If you have bananas that are beginning to be too ripe, peel off them, wrap them in a plastic foil and freeze them. In a few hours they will be ready for smoothie!
Put the apple juice and the kale leaves in the blender at first, and blend well for about a minute until the leaves get a fine texture. Then add the bananas and apples and blend again to a creamy consistency.
